EYFE at Just Like Home Childcare
Funding is available for eligible children from 9 months, from the term after they turn 9 months, 2 years or 3 years
Early years free entitlement (EYFE) funded hours are 15 or 30 hours a week for 38 weeks per year (term-time only) or if the child attends all year round, the hours can be stretched over the year.

At Just like home childcare children can access EYFE hours either term-time only or all year round over the 52 weeks we are open, a maximum of 15/30 term time or 11/22 stretched hours all year.
We will be offering 3 sessions a day
8am – 9am Charged
9am – 3pm This can be used with Funding.
3pm – 6 pm This can be used with Funding.
Term Time Funding Options 30hrs weekly
15 hours entitlement = 9am – 3pm x 2 days a week and 3pm-6pm x 1 day a week
30 hours entitlement = 9am – 3pm x 5 days a week
Or 9am – 3pm x 4 days a week and 3pm – 6pm x 2 days a week
Stretched Funding Options 22hrs weekly
15 hours stretched = 8am – 6 pm x 1 day a week and 5 extra days of choice subject to availability.
Or 2 days 9am-3pm and 1 day 9am -3pm (= 15hrs funded, 3 hours paid)
30 hours stretched (22hrs per week All Year Round) = 8am – 6pm x 2 days a week and 10 extra days of choice subject to availability.
Or 3 days 9am-3pm and 1 day 9am – 3pm (= 22hrs funded 2 hours paid)
Extra charges as follows.
Under 2 @ £12.00 per additional hour
From term after turning 2 @ £10.00 per additional hour
From term after turning 3 @ £9.00 per additional hour
Food costs £1.50 breakfast, £2.50 lunch or/and dinner
Weekly voluntary contribution Childminding children
2 year funded children
Term Time only for 15 hours per week is £18.00 per week.
Term time only for 30 hours per week is £36.00.
Stretched funded children for 22 hours per week is £26.40.
This contribution will cover all outings, wipes, suncream, passes to national trust, paradise park and blackberry farm.
3 year funded children
Term Time only for 15 hours per week is £55.00 per week.
Term time only for 30 hours per week is £110.
Stretched for 22 hours per week is £80.74.
This contribution will cover all outings, wipes, suncream, passes to national trust, paradise park and blackberry farm. It will also cover the cost of beach school, forest school and preschool groups. It will cover the cost of the minibus to get to trips and car seats to ensure children safety at all times.
Stand alone funding sessions
If you require a stand alone session. You will be required to supply a packed lunch, snacks, water bottle, wipes, suncream. An additional charge for outings will be £1.50 each trip. You would be required to purchase a ticked to the venue if required.
Invoicing
Each term runs for 4 months you will be invoiced termly with the option of making 4 monthly payments. Your invoice will show how many EYFE hours your child uses each week and also charges for unfunded hours.
Notice periods
To cancel your session we would require 1 months notice in writing.
